At Max-Ex, excavation runs deep in our family. We’re a third-generation team with over 32 years of combined experience in the field. Before starting Max-Ex, we spent more than a decade working alongside our father, learning every detail of the trade. That foundation taught us the value of hard work, clean job sites, and doing the job right the first time. Born and raised in Lake Tahoe and proudly based in Reno, NV, we built Max-Ex to bring a new level of precision and professionalism to the excavation industry.
